Yes To Yoga is run by Helen Gray and provides open weekly classes in Hatha Yoga, and coming soon Core Strength Vinyasa. Yes To Yoga also runs two monthly classes, Meditation Monday and a Monthly Masterclass to allow all students to deepen their practice.
All of Yes To Yoga's classes are based on traditional Hatha yoga techniques that are infused with diversity and a strong emphasis on enjoyment. Each class allows you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.
Yes To Yoga offers a warm and welcoming environment full of joy and laughter, encouraging each student to work at his or her own pace and experience their own journey. Expect to do yoga with a lot of fun and a lot of laughter to great music!
