My teaching focuses on Hatha yoga, which is a traditional, gentle form of yoga. It is suitable for all levels, from beginners through to more advanced students, and is great for balancing energy through physical movement.
I offer you a chance to BREATHE deeply, EMPOWER yourself to take control to make positive changes and to CONNECT you to the vibrant energy that resides within.
