“I find Helen to be an excellent yoga instructor, when sometimes it feels impossible to get into a position, Helen reassures and stresses to us that we each need to listen to our own bodies and not to push beyond our limits and we will get there! She is very encouraging and inspiring.

Our class is of mixed age and ability and Helen is really kind and understanding with us. She is full of enthusiasm and never stops encouraging us and always makes our ‘goals’ reachable!
